La réalisation du branchement sur le domaine public est gérée par l’exploitant du réseau, qui est différent selon la commune où se situe le projet de raccordement au réseau d’eau potable : Grand Besançon Métropole, Gaz et Eaux, SAUR, Véolia Eau, SIEVO (syndicat Intercommunal du Val de l’Ognon).
